This is packaged in a green threaded envelope (no plastic) it is then taped with paper (water activated) tape. We are doing our best to avoid using plastic tamper proof bags. Yash Raichand's helicopter DUH! For domestic shipping we use aggregators like ShipRocket/ Vama Ship or Delhivery Couriers to deliver across the country. For intra-city (deliveries within Mumbai) we hand deliver/use WeFast or other similar hyperlocal delivery services.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Typically we dispatch within 4 working days from the date of order being received. After dispatch, the delivery time depends entirely on where you are located. For eg. delivery timelines from Mumbai to Delhi can be in 48 hours, but Mumbai to Kolkata. is typically 3-4 days from dispatch. Please note that due to COVID-19 there may be some delays or issues that might crop up and cause delays.

Once we dispatch the product (typically 4 days after order confirmation), the time for you to receive in can vary between 24hours - 72hours or more depending on your location.
