SHIPPING & RETURNS 

Dispatches: Orders are generally shipped out to you within 3-4 days of your order. This is your dispatch date. 

Domestic Orders: You can expect your order to reach you within 2-5 days from dispatch date.

International Orders: International orders would typically reach you between 8-15 days from dispatch date.  We can provide a more specific estimation at the time of checkout, depending on your location. 

To ensure the best experience, we ideally ship all products of an order together. However, there might be instances where some products are ready to get shipped earlier than other products. We make sure that you are notified via Mail when each item of your order is shipped.

We charge a nominal shipping fee on all orders, domestic & international. We offer free shipping for orders over Rs. 4000. For international orders, customs duties & taxes, if any, are to be borne by the customer.

Customers within India can pay online through Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, or PayPal.For international orders, we accept payment via PayPal. In the event you specifically want to place cash on delivery order, we accept them on a case by case basis, please email us on whatsup@raichandandco.com about it and our team will contact you. 

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please check with us in advance. 

If you were unavailable during our courier partner’s first attempt to deliver your order, the courier partner will contact you on your registered mobile number and re-attempt delivery.. They will attempt to deliver your package twice  before returning it to the fulfilment center. If you miss all delivery attempts and the product is in our fulfilment center, you can request that we re-dispatch the product (as long as it is available).

In the event the delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please contact us so that we can look into the matter and see what went wrong. 

In the event a a package is damaged in-transit, we recommend you reject the parcel from the courier, if possible, take an image, and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service. 

Returns: 

 

We do not accept returns at this point in time since we're a small and very. very new business save and except if there has been an error or manufacturing defect. Please reach out to us within 3 days from the date of receiving your order. After the 3 day period elapses, we unfortunately cannot process this return request.

To be eligible  for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Used or damaged goods cannot be accepted. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection for store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed within 30 days. Gift cards & custom orders are non returnable. 

We conduct through quality checks at the time of dispatch & take images of products being dispatched as a part of our quality check process. In the rare event that the product you have received has a major manufacturing defect in the product and please share images with us over email immediately within 3 days of receipt. We would review your case and replace the defective or damaged item or facilitate an exchange for an alternate item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your replacement / exchange order will be processed. 

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping products over Rs 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so as to avoid any losses in transit during the return process facilitated by you for which we will not be responsible.
